We always want to ensure customer satisfaction in every purchase and offer flexible refund, exchange and return policies.
- If you receive a damaged item, wrong product & size. We will cover all return and delivery charges.
- To Refund or Exchange products, items must be in their original condition & packaging. If the returned items show signs of use, washed, worn, tags removed, they will not be accepted by the courier & can’t be refund nor exchange
- All exchange items must be in the original packaging, price tags still attached, unused and undamaged and in the condition which they were received through registered courier company at your expense.
- For pre-ordered items, down payment will be required which is specified in the website. Cancellation and refund are not applicable for pre-ordered items unless you inform us within 24 hours.
- For sale items, refund is not applicable but can be exchange with the same or higher price. Provided you inform us within 24 hours.
NOTE: Refunds will be done only through Credit Card or Bank Transfer if ordered through the website.
We will cover all return expenses granted that we are informed by email/instagram or Whatsapp maximum 4 days from the day shipment received.
Once an order is placed, customer have 24 hours (1 day) to cancel the order completely.
