We always want to ensure customer satisfaction in every purchase and offer flexible refund, exchange and return policies.
- If you receive a damaged item/wrong product/wrong size. We will cover all return and delivery expenses
- To Refund or Exchange products, returned items must be in the item is in their original condition within the original packaging, If the returned items show signs of use, have been washed, have been worn, have their tags removed, they will not be accepted by the courier and payment nor exchange or refund will be possible.
- All exchanges must be returned in their original packaging, garment tags still attached, products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged and in the condition which they were received through registered courier company at your expense.
- For pre-ordered items, Down payment will be required that will be specified in the website. Cancellation and refund is not applicable for pre-ordered items unless you inform us within 24 hours.
- For sale items, refunds is not applicable but can be exchange with the same or higher price. Provided you inform us within 24 hours.
NOTE: Refunds will be done only through Credit card or Bank Transfer if ordered through the website.
We will cover all return expenses granted that we are informed by email/instagram or Whatsapp in a mamixum 4 days from the day of receiving the shipment.
Once an order is placed customer have 24 hours (1 day) to cancel the order completely.
